"After my house had been mitigated after a broken pipe and flooring thruout the house removed, I contacted Silvino after my contractor told me that he could not install my new floors for 10 days! I got a referral from Floor & Decor and contacted Silvino on a Friday…MONDAY morning he & his guys showed up to begin work…they finished Tuesday evening!…1800 sq foot house filled with furniture…Amazing job!!…my floors are Beautiful… Silvino is extremely Professional, knowledgeable, and Helpful…His Crew are all of the above & Super efficient..and he was priced below my original contractor’s estimate. "The experience was not quite what I expected. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."
