"Victor was very helpful. He worked around our scheduling, coming on a Sunday when most maintenance men do not work. He notified us of his schedule when he was running late and when he would be nearby. He tested the dryer and everything worked well, but then found out the problem was with our electrical plug. He did not charge us more than the service fee and even recommended others who could look at our electrical panel if we choose to go that route. I appreciated not being upsold on anything, persuaded to buy anything or fix anything, and he was very matter of fact.
