"Initially I was impressed with quick service. They came out 3 times. I needed a recall due to ongoing issues and that appointment was cancelled through home warranty. My complaint is company will not respond to me text and calls to discuss resolution of damage to my property by their technician. I need this company to be ethical and professional and replace the damaged parts caused by them. I’m sure not intentional I’m wondering if they have insurance because they should have been prompt to respond. I trusted them in my home for repairs and dryer was damaged during the process of dismantling for repair. They should have acknowledged the damage on the spot instead of running out ghosting me. I’ll keep updated."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Within 24 hours, the freezer temp had jumped from 0 to 9 degrees. It didn’t take Jordan anytime to discern what the problem was. He replaced the needed part and we are all set. He explained what was wrong and gave us a quote about how much it would cost after looking up all the discounts he could find. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about his repair job.If needed in the future we would definitely call Guinco and Matt for the repair job. Good work Matt."
