He drained the heater, unhooked the plumbing and jumped in his truck and went and picked up my new water heater and returned and made the changeout promptly and efficiently and stayed here until we were in the hot water business again and made sure there were no leaks. Oh, I also want to mention that I had a issue on my roof that had nothing to do with him but I was concerned my roofer might not make it before it rained and James said if I had a ladder , he’d go up and take care of it for me, which he did. I apologize this review is so long , just wanted to put this out there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND James and his business."

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
