He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem.
