"Mike was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I had a sediment filter installed and he replaced the pressure tank. He showed me how to check/replace filter as needed. He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. I highly recommend giving them a call for your next plumbing job!"

"I can't thank Steve enough for the work he did for us.  We had a few small parts of our Central AC system that had fried on us.  When we called Steve the temperature was 95 degrees and he understood the need to repair the system as soon as possible.  He came out within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem and returned with the proper part to fix it.  He was the 4th person we had look at our system and his quote was by far the cheapest.  My only regret is that I am just now writing this review instead of doing it after the work was done.  We found Steve to be professional, prompt and very nice to deal with.  We will certainly use him again if needed.

He knew just what to do to repair and replace the corrosive pipes and how they had to be properly connected under my bathroom sink. The work started on Friday and continued on Monday. And, so I wouldn t be without water over the weekend, he repaired one of the bathroom sinks. He was excellent. I AM extremely satisfied."

As busy as George was he always answered my questions leading up to the install and was there right when he said he would be. George even helped me plumb a water line to my refrigerator and didn't charge me for the material he used! I had water coming through my old stone foundation, Watchman came by to review the situation, and honestly told me I really just needed a mason to repoint the stones (no big deal) rather than the more robust solutions they offered. I appreciated their honesty and integrity for NOT selling me something I didn't need! It says a lot about the quality of their company and their work; if I ever needed their services I would use them without hesitation."

"Given my architect's drawings, Ivaldo provided a very reasonable quote and stuck to it. There were several times where we needed to add on or make changes, and the price was always very reasonable for these upgrades. We also had some challenging foundation work and no room to bring in big equipment, and Ivaldo had a lot of experience dealing with these challenges, which played a big factor in hiring him. Later, we had some major scheduling issues with the utility company (Eversource) that complicated the schedule quite a bit, and were totally out of our control. These delays made the process somewhat stressful but none of this was any fault of Ivaldo's. His guys were courteous and respectful. Quality was also very good other than one issue with tiling, but Ivaldo will always make good on anything that you're not happy with. They'll get the job done, and charge you what it costs plus a reasonable rate for themselves. Overall, a full gut renovation is a major undertaking, and nobody should expect something this big to be smooth and stress-free. I have no regrets in hiring them and plan to call them back when the house needs work."
