The final charge was a bit more than quoted, but Daryle was honest, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell anything. First technician tried to lie and state that the heat exchanger was cracked to make us replace the entire system when it only ended up being a doubled HVAC filter placed by tenant. $378 total paid for labor and to install a $6.37 MERV 8 HVAC filter. Then numerous wasted phone calls just to get the final invoices. Management will NOT return calls to address any concerns for the consumer so any response saying to contact their office is just another lie."
