"I was very pleased with the guys and service they did. Removed insulation and replaced some bad spots of wood. Encapsulated and left it looking great! My a/c guy came in and was happy it was so clean!!!"

"The work needed was more than they anticipated but they did not hesitate or charge more-- they just did the job."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. Would HIGHLY recommend Greg and his crew"

"I commend Foundations Solutions 360 for their integrity, work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction. ony and Charles were at my home today. They were patient, professional knowledgeable, and creative in resolving an issue caused by the location of my gutters. They took time to explain the planned work; and, before beginning, clearly explained the process and even set up a configuration to enhance my understanding and to ensure satisfaction. I was impressed with their knowledge and communication. Again, I would like to emphasize their integrity and work ethic., Not being knowledgeable about foundation work and related issues, I must trust the knowledge, honesty, and commitment to excellence of those professionals who work on my home. I am fortunate to have chosen Foundations Solutions 360 and am especially grateful for Tonny and Charles and the work they completed today. Their knowledge and attention to detail are impressive and reassuring, and I am very grateful. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"I hired Wescott Property Solutions to repair/replace some rotted trim around the outside of an exterior door for my elderly mother. They did an AMAZING job! As they removed the trim, they found several more underlying issues that were caused from a poor job performed by a previous person years ago. They did not let these issues keep them from doing this repair job right. Wes and Scott spoke to me about every issue along the way. The quality of work is so refreshing to see! They are "old school". They do not leave until the job is done right. They stand behind their work, and they stand behind their quote. Do not hesitate to trust Wescott Property Solutions for your home repairs."

"Booby came out and gave an estimate. We worked out to put plywood instead of plastic over the insulation under the sunroom because it is an area exposed more to the weather. We negotiated a good price.  A few days later, as scheduled, the crew arrived and got to work removing all the old plastic and insulation. They wiped down all the wood in the crawlspace with mold remover chemicals then fumigated the area. Next day they began putting in the new insulation and plastic. Before they could do this though they pumped out water that was puddled up. They found a dripping leak and tightened up that to stop the leak from a icemaker water line. This crew did an excellent job. The crawlspace lived up to its name- there is only about two feet between the bottom of the house and the dirt. The plastic they put in goes up the side of the walls and pilings. The most important thing is that we called twice after noticing 1) some mildew that was not wiped off in one small area and 2) some plywood that was sagging as though the nails had not quite caught the first time. Both times we called there were workers out within a day or two as scheduled, as promised. We are very pleased with the job:)"
