"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"When the earthquake hit we had extensive damage to our house. Almost everything needed some type of service. BJK came out quickly and accessed the damage and supplied us with a quote with what they could to. After seeing the pictures of past work we were confident in their abilities and hired them instead of the other 7 contractors we requested quotes from. The replaced 3000 sqft of flooring, replaced 11 doors, counter top, trim, subway tile, fire place tile and the list goes on. The work was impeccable. They were on schedule and the pricing was what we discussed. It was a very stressful time for us. BJK made it a much easier process. I highly recommend them."

"Alan Gering of Homescape Builders had been doing some visits back in November. I have my own maintenance crew. As I saw his business card and looking at it, I had to call him out. He is excellent. He was on the property last week. We are going to meet to take down some final sightings and have it replaced. We also need to replace some of the wood on the exterior of that building and he is going to take care of that for me. He started the process back in September and as it got too cold, so now he's going to be coming back to finish that up for me. Everything and each piece of the work that he does is on a bid. No job is too small to too big. He is willing to work with different properties, and he stays really really busy. One of the last invoices was for $7000 and he had worked on several units. At one time, I owed him a little over $30,000 and he had done about six units for me, but he broke it down so that I could pay him each quarter. He is a really really good guy. Last invoice was in January 2011, for which he did two apartments and the invoice was $3290. In that he was doing the vinyl trim on my windows, painting and moulding to caulk and seal the windows so that they are air tight. He purchased and installed the tub joint to put over the existing tiles. He repaired weak tiles, caulk and sealed, and reinstalled the plumbing. Most definitely, I would use him in the future and promote him whenever I can."

"David Costello was our contractor for a kitchen remodel and other upgrades to our home. He did a really professional job from beinning to end. He is a man of artistic detail and precision, just the kind of person you want to have remodel your kitchen. He also is concerned about the satisfaction of his clients and is always responsive. He returns calls quickly & keeps you informed of his plans and what will happen when. He provided a detailed, itemized estimate of costs and time which he honored fully. Dave is intelligent and truly knowledgeable about his craft. He has a good heart as well. We're so pleased with our new, beautiful kitchen and we would purposely seek him out, even wait for him, if we needed further home improvement. Thank you, thank you Dave! <br />"

"He came out once to measure, and managed to find not just a similar <br /> siding that color matched, he found THE SAME siding they used when they <br /> built the house in 2007. He even gave me their address/phone # so I <br /> could go get some more to keep 'just in case'. When he came out to <br /> replace it, he was done in less than an hour, even though he had to take <br /> the fence partially apart to get to it. It looks better than new. <br /> After I saw what an awesome job he did, I also asked him to fix our <br /> wobbly back porch, which he did UNDER estimate, and quicker then I had <br /> expected. He even accepts credit cards over the phone. So if anything <br /> goes wrong while we are out of town, I know I can trust Robert. <br />"

"Tony did an excellent job. I had a very large wood pile that was in the way of some future construction. He moved the entire pile, cut up and stacked some wood into fireplace lengths. There was also a lot of brush left over from a GVEA project to replace telephone poles. He cleaned up my entire property and hauled the brush as well as rotten logs, old fencing and more to the dump. That job took 2 days. Secondly, even though there was snow on the ground, he then shoveled topsoil into a raised bed 4 x 30 ft long. It was not accessible with any other equipment. That took another day and a half. <br /> Tony is a great worker, very strong, very willing, and pleasant to work with. His logo says " I haul it, clean it, repair it, paint it." And I'm sure he can do all that and more. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. <br />"

"They were very professional, helpful and responsive in answering questions and giving us a quote. In the end, we decided not to repair the countertop and sink but replace it entirely. as the previous owner installed it and it no longer fit our decor. Even though we didn't use them to make the repairs, we were very impressed with their customer service."
