New Sliding doors install in an older condo building with 40 years of wear and tear is not as simple as just installing the doors, lots of molding, drywall repair, painting, etc. mike and his son did it all. also the invoices are specific with amount of labor on each part of the project. i trust mike and his son to do more work for me and already asked about another project. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
