Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. "Great. Mr. McDonald from Mac HVAC, promptly responded to my online request for an electrician. He gave me his name and stated the company he represents. He set up an appointment to come to my location based on my availability. He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about the services needed. He only provided necessary recommendations and did not try to sell services not needed. His estimate was fair and below previous estimates received. I plan to use his services for my project."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
