"Keith and his guys were great. He gave me a great price on a new Trane furnace and AC unit. For the price I would've expected a pretty basic install job. From what I can tell, Keith doesn't do basic work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly in the best way possible. He put the furnace on a base to make it run more efficiently. He put in a new cold air return. Included a WIFI touchscreen thermostat. Included a new humidifier for comfort. Sealed off everything, cleaned up after the job and walked me through the whole system. They could have done the bare minimum and I still would've been satistifed, as I got a great system for a great price. I'll definitely be calling Keith in the future."

"MAP Construction delivered in a pinch. We consulted MAP for a second opinion on whether to replace a part or the entire HVAC unit when we lost our air conditioning in the high heat this summer. Not only did we receive sound advice that did cost us more in the short run, the advice will save us even more in the long run. Their attention to detail, customer service and nimble pricing made us feel more like family and not just a customer. Did I mention we have two German Shepherds? They are creatures of comfort. "I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . Ryan came out quickly, looked at my units and answered all my questions to give me the best options for both cost and reliability for a new complete system. Ryan was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like others. His office contacted me and we scheduled a date to replace the units. Ryan sent out Tommy and Tyler , these guys removed the old Furnace and Air unit and Professionally installed the new ones, They were quick, professional, courteous and answered all questions. I couldn’t of asked for a better team of people including the office personal Nicolina, who was all so very professional and prompt. "Late in the evening I discovered our freezer was not working and found the outlet unpowered.  I checked the main electrical panel and found a tripped cb which I attempted to reset.  It would not reset.  I sent an email to Jason at JAC Electric with a list of days that we would be available for any required repair.  I  got an email and a text response right away and Jason had someone scheduled to come over the next morning.  Bob arrived right on time and checked the outlets and then confirmed the cb was bad and he replaced it quickly.  As the panel had been installed by J A C last May there was no charge for the service call or replacement of the cb.  That kind of support and response is rare these days and I can not recommend J A C Electric highly enough.

"New Image has serviced my furnace and central air conditioning unit for two years. Very reliable. 


The technician Nick, was on time and very polite and professional.  He asked me if I had any problems with my furnace.  I told him about a problem with the humidifier.  He told me of a simple fix for the problem. I was very grateful. He did not try and sell me something I really did not need. I appreciate his honesty. 


Nick checked my central air unit and told me everything was fine. 


I will continue to use New Image because of the great customer service I have experienced from those I talk to in the office and the technicians that come to my home."

"It took 4 visits over a 2 week period. The last visit was necessary because the wiring was done incorrectly on the third visit and another technician had to come and fix the work. The first technician didn't tell me there was a problem; I had to find that out myself. The price quoted by the first technician was not honored by the company, even though customer service reps said the company would go by the technician's cost estimate. Multiple calls to the company's customer service reps were unsuccessful. The best they'd say is they'll use this for future training, to ensure it doesn't happen again. I was unable to speak with someone in charge about the manner. CS staff acted bored by my concerns about the quality of work and the overcharging and declined to address either issue. The poor quality of work and poor attitude have me reconsidering using this company in the future and am looking at other heating and cooling companies. The second technician was terrific; just not sure it's enough to counteract the hours and hours the first technician spent here (and didn't fix the problem/left it not working) and lousy customer service reps (I spoke with several different ones; they were all pleasant but equally indifferent)."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
