Had researched problem and came prepared to replace either the thermostat or the control board. Did diagnostic and installed thermostat which was 20% of the cost of the control board and didn't require a second trip. When I called in the request the  scheduler asked for the make and model and what the problem was with the range and indicated that it would be discussed with the team in order to be prepared for the service call..
