My 24 year old Lift Master garage door opener was malfunctioning so I called the company and Brad asked me a number of questions to determine whether the garage door opener could be fixed. I researched his recommendation and decided to schedule service which was completed only two days later. Brad and Rudy arrived on time and quickly replaced the opener and related components. My Dad who is 89 y/o has a 2 car garage but has not used one side of the garage for a car because he has LOTS of tools on that side. He also took a look at the current garage door opener and he put it back on the trolley (something the other repairmen who looked at it didn’t do) and the garage door opener worked. My Dad doesn’t need a new one. I asked what we owed and he said no charge. I was floored and felt bad because he had fixed the old one. In the end we needed two remote garage door openers because after not using it for 25 years my Dad would have no idea where they were. I would use him again and will recommend him to family and friends."
