"Modern Quality Flooring is an excellent company who we would recommend to anyone without hesitation. We discovered 50 year old parquet flooring under the carpets of our new house. Danny and his team removed the carpet, helped us choose a beautiful stain option, sanded, stained, and refinished the floors. The team cleaned up very thoroughly when the job was done, and the floors look amazing! Danny and the team were always very available, explaining what was going on during each step of the process and patiently answering all our questions. We bought wood thresholds which they stained to match the floors in the rooms. We asked them not to install the thresholds because we were having carpet installed later in the summer. When the carpet installers (not Modern Quality Flooring) came, they would not install the wood thresholds. We gave Danny a call and he quickly sent someone over from his company to help finish the job the other company would not do! We are extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism of Modern Quality Flooring, and we recommend them to anyone needing to have flooring work done!"

"Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

"We had a great experience from beginning till the end. We needed 2200 sq ft of wood flooring over some areas of the first and second floor. Mircea estment and free advice made us go with him. They are knowledgeable and accommodating. I like their punctuality since in the morning I have to drop the kids off to school. The house was clean during installation since we had to live there. Half way through staining process my wife wanted to change the stain. They did not get upset and resanded and restrained with a minimum extra charge. We left the house for few days so they can finish sealing the floors. Upon return they even gave us a hand with moving back some large pieces of furniture that we moved away prior the installation. We highly recommend Arkadia for hardwood installation and finish."

"It could not have gone better. We recently bought a new place that had very old carpeting covering half the house. Although it is very hard to provide an estimate of refinishing floors when you don't know what is under the carpet, Mike was true to his estimate and his crew completed the job right on time. As with any job, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Mike's team, and George in particular, were able to fix the problems (namely, wood HVAC vents and floor molding) at a very reasonable price. The best part of the job was that the master staircase was previously carpeted and was in pretty bad shape. After pulling up the carpet, Mike gave us some options on how to refinish and/or paint the stairs and risers. We had them refinish the stairs and risers (which cost a little extra), but now the stairs are a showpiece in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work that Mike did for us. We have now used him twice and would use him again in a heartbeat."
