While he was there, he noted that my hot water tank expander was installed in a way that was not the most efficient and asked my permission to fix it, just because it bothered him. You can tell he is passionate about his work! I had intended to ask around for quotes (they were the second to visit) but they came in at less than half of the price of the first quote for twice the installation (adding the hot water line), so I agreed on the spot, and Vasyl installed it the next morning."
