"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"We are so happy. One room in our house was not getting much air or heat before, and now it works. He made sure all the flashing was secured and all was in excellent shape. He has a good personality and kept to schedule and budget. He took our concerns into account and adjusted his job to meet our needs. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. He is now our go-to guy for all things HVAC. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"<p>The entire experience was wonderful.  We purchased a house that had very colorful walls which we wanted painted in a neutral color scheme.  Alex responded promptly to my initial communication and stayed in contact with me throughout the process.  Alberto, the project supervisor, met with us on site and went through the house, room by room, to identify small drywall repairs and discuss paint colors and coverage.  Alberto and Luis did a wonderful job.  They were professional, punctual, very pleasant and courteous, applied the paint with precision and ensured that the coverage was sufficient.  Even though we said that we didn't care if paint got on the light fixtures (as we're going to replace them), they painted around them carefully.  They worked very hard and accomplished far more than we expected in a day. My husband and I are very happy with the results and definitely recommend CertaPro.</p> <br />"

"We moved from Florida, home of giant flying cockroaches, and I thought we <br /> wouldn't deal with that in North Little Rock, but I was wrong. <br /> I don't think my landlord had ever treated the house since she owned it so it <br /> was pretty bad. I contacted McCauley to get an estimate after talking to <br /> a couple of other companies. They were extremely responsive, answered <br /> all my questions ahead of time, and gave me a reasonable estimate so I <br /> scheduled a visit. Also, I try very hard to stay away from using pesticides and told them that <br /> and they respected that and suggested the treatments that would require <br /> the least long term pesticides and additional treatments. The visit included dusting the crawl space, sprayed <br /> around the foundation of the house, inside the house along all the walls <br /> and behind furniture/appliances, and the garage. For the first few days <br /> after I had a lot of bugs (babies, adults, and everything in between) <br /> still coming out and dying but it slowly got better but we will still <br /> need them to come back out to follow up. I have talked to their office <br /> twice with concerns that we still see some bugs which they agreed <br /> shouldn't have been happening so soon after but due to scheduling <br /> constraints on my side I haven't been able to get them back out but will <br /> have them back out to see if we can try a couple of more options. <br />"

"We currently live out of state and are buying a house, site-unseen, in NW Arkansas. It’s a very nerve wracking experience and Russell has been so great in giving us piece of mind. His inspection was very thorough, he even went above and beyond to answer our questions about the property. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and ready to help any time of day or night! Thank you for making this huge piece of relocating, much easier for us!"

"Robert was very professional and courteous. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job removing old chipped paint and then repainting the trim work and fixing a badly rotted door frame. i was quite impressed with the quality of his work. He also replaced some insect damaged wood above the front steps and painted that. He cleaned up everything completely after the job was done. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone wanting some painting and/or home repairs done right. <br />"

"A&A did remove materials and installed  some new walls, ceilings and some flooring. They gave an estimate for the entire job and an approximate time line for job completion.  The cost estimate covered 1/2 or less of the remodel cost and the time for completion would have been at least 2 times longer than estimated.  A&A did not provide crews for work, but one person did most of the actual labor.  They did have a Sheetrock finishing crew that did some work, but not all the Sheetrock  finishing.  After 5 months the job was 1/2 done and there was not 1 room in the house that was completed.  Every room was started (at some level of dismantling), but nothing was completed.  We lived 2 hours away and could not monitor hours worked or days worked and  the last 2 months A&A worked for us, we believe their schedule was very erratic as far as far as working to complete our job. <br />   The floor tile work was done well.  The construction of a safe room was well done.  There may have been problems that caused a delay in completion, but we were never told or consulted about the discrepancy in the time estimates.  We did modify some of the details of the remodel and understood that the additions would add to the cost, but not double the cost.  Another company was hired to complete the job."

FAQs for thermostat installation and replacement projects in Evansville, AR

Smart thermostats may be worth it for many homeowners. They come with various features, including voice control and smartphone apps. Vacation mode can help lower energy usage when you’re out of town for an extended period. Alert warnings let you know about major spikes or drops in temperature. Smartphone apps can track energy usage, and smart thermostats can learn your routine over time to adjust your temperature and reduce wasted energy consumption automatically.

You typically do not need more than one smart thermostat. While it’s common to see multiple mechanical thermostats throughout a large home, multiple smart thermostats may try to override each other. This can lead to problems with the HVAC system. Ensure the unit you buy has the option for dual- or multi-zoned systems to avoid compatibility issues.

Installing a programmable or smart thermostat may save you $180 per year in utility costs. A big part of this comes from a smart thermostat’s ability to learn and adapt to your regular routines. With smartphone apps or web-based interfaces, you also have the option to control your thermostat when you’re not home.
