I was extremely skeptical on this at first, but my energy consigliere Nick Carnagey was very patient and made sure every concern I had was fully addressed. And anytime I had a question or concern he and the rest of the staff at Everlight were always super helpful and quick to respond. The system looks great! It consistently performs as Everlight said it would or better. Our first energy bill with the system on for a month was only $45 which was mostly the basic hookup and service fees. The install process took only an afternoon and the install guys could not have been more professional or courteous. "Desmond is always prompt on returning text messages and emails. I liked his strategic planning of where each recessed light would be placed, assuring to have light exactly where it would be needed and placed for looks aswell. It came out really lovely. He also rewired our electrical box when all the wiring was found in the soffit we had removed. The wiring was to short to get into the wall and he made it happen so we could drywall. I definitely recommend Desmond for any electrical project you might have or want done."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Alan is handy on everything we have asked him to do, as I am not handy. Personal, easy to get along with, answers all questions. From fixing ceiling fan, patch a roof, backboards for my horseshoe court. When ants destroyed would on window sills, Al took out bad wood and cut new boards and fitted. Also bathroom shower and fittings needed replaced, Al saw the problem and got the correct fittings and replaced. Al has been so helpful these 6 years we have known him. I can call text him and he gets back to me in a timely manner. I would refer Al to anyone doing anything they have. Al is the best"
