Now we have a kitchen that has at least 3x the workspace, a significantly improved flow, and easily twice as much storage as our previous one did. We get compliments all the time, and recommend Kegonsa's work any chance we get!"

After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

Matt, the installer, laid a tarp down from the door to our bathroom to protect the floors. He asked for our input when he was installing the shelves and grab bars. After he finished cleaning everything up he explained how to used the new shower head and what to use to clean the surface. The next day we texted him with a question and he immediately answered. "TDS provided excellent quality and service from start to finish. They removed the old brick chimney that was between the kitchen and dining room, and they did such an excellent job containing the demo debris that I didn’t even have to dust after! They also protected our existing flooring very well. You also can’t even see the patching on the ceiling. And at the end of the job, the PM let us know of a couple other issues he spotted in the attic (replacing vents) but didn’t pressure us in any way to sign them on for another project. I highly recommend them!"
