Before the remodel everything in the kitchen looked cheap and worn down (think 1970s brown, everywhere!), and the overall arrangement of the space was really inefficient. "Premier Pro was anything but professional. The initial sales person insisted that the work could be completed in three days. In fact, it took 3 to 4 weeks. This was not a problem for us. Problems included: 1. the wall between the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom was broken through, 2. the placement of the pan in the shower was not proper properly pitched so that water would collect in the shower. 3. There was water damage in the dining room ceiling below the bathroom caused by leakage from the installation. 4. the shower door was never fitted properly. When I contacted premiere pro they reluctantly sent out an installer to investigate and did so on two separate occasions after that over the course of about eight months. The conclusion was that there was no repair avaialable. The management was also rude and inappropriate. I had to hire another contractor to finally resolve the problem. I was offered $200 as compensation, which I did not accept. Final advice: caveat emptor!!"
