"Wes and his team saved us from a terrible situation! We recently had our bathroom completely redone by a contractor who we didn't really know, and the work wasn't done well. We called in Wes, having worked with him several years ago to tile our kitchen, and he came by to take a look. Thank goodness he did! After his initial assessment, he knew right away that our "new" shower was likely leaking, and that there were multiple issues with both the tile and the structure of the shower itself. Wes coached us through buying the materials that we would need, and drew up a contract to get going on the project as soon as possible. After demolition, the problems really became apparent! We have an infant so needed clean hot water for baths and cleaning his bottles ASAP. When I called Rich he was completely accommodating and sympathetic to our bind. He offered to drop what he was working on and come service our system immediately without any surcharge or price gouging for expedited service. I called him around 8:30 am. He got the part and was done with entire job by 11:00 am so we could be on the road before traffic hit.
