They take care of us, but continue to be expensive. I highly recommend avoiding this company and finding a business that knows what their doing and where all technicians care about the customer."

I called back immediately, and their AI bot booked me a new appointment that evening. The technician never showed. I called again over the course of the next two days, with no resolution. I received multiples text threads over the course of the two days stating that my concern had been escalated to the "on call manager," who never called. Today I spoke with the company and they said that there is no one in the office over the weekend! Despite my horrible experience, they refused to refund the cost of the "service." Take your business elsewhere!!!"
