"The person who called me what a source of information and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He was able to give me a rough estimate of what to expect financially as well as explained the process of carpet repair. I opted to not move forward with the carpet repair option as it didn't seem to be the best fix for my specific situation. However, with my better understanding of the process and service, I would consider this company in the future for carpet repair."

A month before I sold my home they cleaned the carpets; 2 days before closing I called Bill back due to water damage to the home. Bill was onsite mitigating the water damage within 40 minutes of my call to him.
