"We reached out to The Sprinkler Company after we had some major landscaping done at our home. Unfortunately, the tree and shrub removal, drainage, & new plantings damaged our irrigation system. We scheduled an appointment and Chuck came out to assess the system, however the damage was significant and nothing was working. He recommended scheduling a service call with a technician who could repair the damage and see what was viable/not viable. Within a week they were back to fix some cut wires and broken pipes. Afterwards, Chuck was able to give us a proposal for reconfigure the system to accommodate the new landscape layout. He put the repair cost as a deposit towards the new work we're getting done, which saved us a few hundred dollars! Very pleased and can't wait for the system to be refurbished in the spring."

The team of 4 who did the installation were extremely professional, quick and left the yard in great shape. "We got lots of estimates to install an irrigation system and landscape lighting. When I met with Joe he was not interested in selling me equipment but spent the time going over what we actually needed....especially for landscape lighting. His approach was great, he came up with a solution for our watering needs and a simple version for the landscape lighting since we weren't sure how much light we wanted.....Once we see it, if we want more highlighting it could easily be added.....which we did on 2 other occasions. His workers too great care of my property and when they had a question about location of sprinkler head they came and discussed it with me before moving forward. One of the best contractor experiences we have had. Almost forgot...we have a collection area where all the underground pipes disperse water from our gutters. That was always full of water when Joe mentioned that the pip wasn't done correctly....since he had the equipment and the machinery already on the property he took care of that for me. Even with this wet spring we have not seen any signs of water from the collection area overflowing. I've already referred them to many neighbors since everyone loves the landscape lighting."

"Company was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. Called back after initial contact within 24 hours. Dedicated sales rep that worked with us from beginning to end of process. No fuss, no exotic sales pitch. Walked the yard with me to get an idea of what I was looking for, and came up with solution to meet my needs. This included both the irrigation solution as well as the drainage solution. <br /> The quote came right in the middle of the range of all the other providers that I looked at. Top end quote completely over-engineered the estimate and solution, and was almost double the cost of Sharkey. The low end quote drove by the property and stuck an estimate in the mail box. <br /> With all the rain we had this year, the actual install date kept getting pushed, but I continually was kept informed and it worked out fine. Staff showed up on time, as promised, and finished the job per the commitment from our sales rep. We were out of town when the job wrapped up, but the sales rep came back a week later and did a full walk through of the system with me after the install (he also set up the system to run while we were out, which was nice). <br /> First service on the system was included in the price (the winterizing of the system). We were told that we would be contacted in the spring to boot up the system. <br /> All in all a very pleasant, relatively pain free experience. True test will be next summer when we have a normal, drier summer. <br />"

"Professional and timely! It's a hard combination to find and I would highly recommend them. The sales person Al, arrived exactly when he said he would. Explained in detail the proposal and where each of the heads would be placed to maximize the efficiency of the lawn watering process. The team arrived for the install, again at the time that they said they would be there. They worked cleanly and quickly, finishing the entire job in about 6-7 hours. I couldn't tell that they had dug trenches around the property to bury the hoses and the wiring. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!! Thanks for a job and experience well done. <br /> <br />"
