I was happy to have a sump pump with drain pipe installed too, it’s a good precaution as there was a sump pit but no pump or external drainage that I could tell when I bought the house. I sent some pictures to Ron and then he came by the house to review their condition and then gave me a proposal to do the work. He wound up disassembling one chair for parts and rebuilt the other three. He took it upon himself at no additional charge to power wash the three chairs (when repaired) and oil and refinish the chairs so they literally looked like new. He returned the lounge chairs when promised, gave me his professional opinion about some repairs to other teak furniture on our patio and is in the process of rebuilding one other bench.
