It starts with salesmen Jayron Diaz who submitted the job estimate to upgrade an electric panel to code. There was no surprise costs. Jayron was very professional and honest about the work. On the day of the service, Matt Wood and Sean arrived at the scheduled time as promised. Matt explained what they were going to do, how long it would take, and if I had any questions. Matt estimated the job would take approximately 6 hours. It actually only took 4 hours from start to finish and that included cleanup and minor repairs. The $200.00 labor portion was exorbitant because it took the electrician only 15 minutes to replace the switch. Additionally, the electrician arrived at my home 2 hours later than the time that the appointment was scheduled for."
