"There is something to be said about watching true professionals tackle a job. They will do the task quickly, correctly and will be able to deal with unforeseen problems. They have done the job hundreds of times and have seen all the possible problems. It could be a knee replacement surgeon, a tax accountant or, in this case, a water heater installer. The Garden State guys pulled into my driveway at 11:05 AM after promising between 10:00 AM and 2:00PM. The drain valve on my old heater was corroded shut. No problem; we have a pump for that. Need an overflow pan? No problem; we have one right here. Never missing a beat, the new heater was in place, the work area was swept clean and they pulled out of my driveway at 12:02 PM. That was one month ago and I feel like am set for the next ten years. Wow!"

"Various plumbing and mechanical projects from replacing a water heater, running a gas line, replacing exterior faucets, etc"

"Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. Adam K arrived on time, was very sweet & professional, and installed our new unit in under an hour. Will definitely use Arctic again!"

Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. "Robert Kula came out with helper Jason Valles to remove and replace my water heater. Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. They both provided my with excellent service. Not to mention, the price was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs."

"Very quick response from Angi posting for replacement of leaking water heater. Knowledgable and great quality work. Very pleased."

"I called Gashi Plumbing at 9 am after noticing water coming out the wall from my kitchen. I said it’s an emergency, he came just in time at 10:30 and explain to me everything. He did the job in less than 1:15 minutes which included some extra surprises after checking the pipes. Daniel was so professional and honest. The price was so fair. I just want to mention that he did not want to charge me on something that was not needed after checking something else in my bathroom. He just explained how it will be fixed by replacing the top piece. I am so happy that my call was answered and definitely keeping him for my future plumbing needs and I recommend him."
