"We are extremely happy with the work done by Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). Overall they did an amazing and outstanding job! They had a contractor on site, on time every day. Brian S. was professional, helpful, patient, hard working and skilled both in managing subcontractors and doing work himself. I trusted him with our home and would work with Brian/TCB again easily. I have already recommended their company to others. TCB renovated a few parts of our house, added electricity to a shed and added an entire master bedroom suite on an additional floor (adding approximately 550 sqft to our house). They finished earlier than expected. Our neighbors couldn't believe how fast the addition was completed and how well done. Any additional costs from the original budget estimate were due to our choice to add more work. I waited to write a review. I wanted to live in the addition for a little while to see how everything holds up. We have had only minor things arise and have been very pleased with the responsiveness of Brian and TCB to come back out and check on things. They came back to add a bracket to a new countertop that moved slightly, they shaved a door that was sticking as the weather changed, they fixed the damage done when carpets were installed by another company, they arranged for a rep from the hot water heater company to come out and fix a noise issue, all done at no additional cost to us. I have worked with contractors before but nothing on this level. It wasn't perfect, there were concerns that came up. I had to learn that this was major construction and with major construction comes mess. Brian and his team addressed our concerns and remedied any issue fairly. With so many negative stories I've heard from people who worked with other companies, I am so very thankful that we had such a good experience and ended up with such an amazing master suite and changes to our home. We love it and we receive many compliments. We chose to work with TCB because they came highly recommended by a neighbor who had similar work done and were very satisfied with their outcome."

"I would recommend Capstone Remodeling to anyone who will listen (I already have two friends planning on reaching out). Stephen, Jaime, Nelson, Geraldo, and Juan Carlos all did amazing work and I plan on hiring them for any future work I have done on my home. Stephen was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. The first thing I noticed was that Stephen discussed my options with me and made sure the solution he was providing was what I needed. I've dealt with other contractors who talk over me or try to convince me they know best, but not Stephen. He was also very mindful of time and budgeting concerns as some less than pleasant surprises were discovered under my existing floor. Stephen, Jaime, and Nelson had their work cut out for them and had to rip out the existing flooring structure on about 350 sq ft of my house, which had not been built correctly when it was originally added. That room used to be a safety issue (the floor was falling apart) and now it's my favorite part of the house. They also extended the new flooring throughout the main level of my house. Geraldo did a beautiful job of repairing drywall, patching, and painting the addition. He is so meticulous and skilled that I don't think I can ever be satisfied to paint a wall on my own anymore. Juan Carlos laid new tile for my fireplace hearth and has made it such a wonderful feature of the house. I know this is a long review but I really can't say enough good things about Capstone Remodeling and everyone who worked on my house. I am so used to having to be on top of things and figure things out on my own but Capstone Remodeling was dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of and done well. They are the best!"

"This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with since we bought our home 25 years ago.  The owner is incredibly professional and very easy to work with.    The crew took down the old deck within a matter of hours and began work on the new deck the same day.  The carpenters were terrific and they had the new deck done within a matter of days.  We were able to use the deck for our Easter Sunday company.   The deck is stunning.  It's larger than the old one, it's made of composite and the attention to detail makes this deck pop.    The owner paid a lot of attention to the structure in order to make the deck design easier for my husband who is recovering from a stroke.   I cannot say enough positive things about this company and crew.

"Devin Nasvaderani of Marvel Homes rebuilt my small bathroom
from subfloor to ceiling.  Water had
leaked down through the subfloor into the dining room downstairs, so the entire
bathroom had to be rebuilt.  I took
several months to talk to a number of contractors, and I am very glad I got
Devin.  Devin listened carefully to what
I wanted, making suggestions as requested but never trying to ?upsell? me.  As an old budget officer, I was determined to
make sure there were no surprises at the end, but not only was the work
completed on time and on budget, but the extra items I ended up asking for were
delivered at less than I had expected, and were done with the same excellent
quality as the scope work.  In some
cases, Devin advised me strongly that some work the other contractors said
would ?probably? be needed, was not needed.  His ?allowances? for tile and plumbing were
the only realistic such estimates I got from any contractor, and he passed on
his contractor discount to me at the tile and plumbing shops, allowing me to
build a very nice, quality bathroom at less than the originally estimated price
point.
The work quality was excellent, and his crew were
professional, polite, clean and non disruptive. 
He managed to gain me several more inches inside the shower, put
insulation against the outside wall that the original home builder had not
bothered with, and generally fixed up all the weak points of the original
bathroom.  The bathroom, although small,
is the ?master bathroom? so the crew had to go through my bedroom to access it.  Each morning, they covered everything in my
room with plastic, put tarps from the front door to the bathroom, and every
evening removed everything and vacuumed, leaving my room absolutely clean each
night.  They were even fairly quiet,
considering the nature of the work. (the hammering etc sounded ?precise? and
methodical to my untrained ear, never just banging away.)  So, my highest recommendations for this work.

"Awesome experience with Total Renovations, LLC. Knowledgeable, responsive, considerate, patient, went above and beyond, informative, a true professional and fair. These are all qualities that were consistently adhered to when working with Russell and his team at Total Renovations, LLC. Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. After an extensive search, we found Total Renovations , LLC and its owner, Russell. From day one, which was actually a few months before we hired him and his team, Russell was extremely pleasant to work with. I called and informed him of the task we were wanting to have completed, as well as the fact that we were new to this experience. He was very patient in explaining the entire process from start to finish. Once we had a signed contract between ourselves and Total Renovations, LLC, Russell took it from there. Whether it was obtaining architectural drawing designs, permits from the county, or the construction and clean up of the project, Russell and his team took care of every step along the way. In this market and with inflation being what it is, we all know that some companies may try to stiff their customers by engaging in price gouging here and there. That was not at all the case with Total Renovations, LLC. The price that they quoted us and signed for was what was adhered to. If anything came up in the project where a particular aspect needed to be changed or corrected based off of the initial assessment, Russell always made sure to reach out to us immediately to explain the reason as to why, as well as obtain permission to proceed. That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way. The attention to detail that his crew invested into our project was above and beyond even our own expectations. It truly feels like we are living in a new house. If you have a task or project that you’re thinking about having done with your home, we HIGHLY recommend that you chose to hire Russell and his team with Total Renovations, LLC. "Since day one, Deybi and his crew have been able to solve any electrical problems I've had and provide efficient and effective solutions at a proactive level, long term result. First time working with them was due to our previous preferred electrical contractor failing to help with complex electrical problems at a commercial space (office space), so after some looking we found DBG Electric. They were able to help with setting up light switch wiring, installing cubicle receptacles and replacing fluorescent light ballast along with breakers. At another commercial site, we needed help with installation of power packs, emergency lights and flood lights. All of these were installed in a high ceiling area, which was no problem for DBG. They've also helped with lighting a my personal residence, ranging from kitchen light replaced with LEDs to recess lighting needed in the basement. I highly recommend using them, specially with difficult projects that require some ingenuity."
