Munoz Construction (owned by Jose Munoz) earned our confidence and utmost respect during the two-week project of installing a skylight tunnel, modifying another skylight tunnel, building a sound proof room (complex job), adjusting light fixtures, electrical work, insulation, and painting. From our very first conversation and throughout the project, Jose was very courteous, thoughtful, thorough, reliable, and punctual. He listened intently on what was requested, asked questions to ensure he fully understood our desires, and offered constructive suggestions as appropriate. Jose would always check on the quality of his crew’s work several times throughout the day and always communicated the plan for the following day. Jose went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with results of work performed. Jose delivered top quality results (and on time) everything that he said he would do. The crew was also polite, very professional, took pride in their work, and were respectful of our house and at home work schedule. Since this project took place during COVID, the team wore masks. As pleased as we were about the quality and way work was done, it was the small things that set them apart from others. Each day the crew draped plastic coverings over furniture and drop cloths on the floors. When the workday was over, they didn’t just tidy up but they would thoroughly clean-up the area (to include vacuuming, removal of draped plastic coverings on furniture, and policing up their tools). They even noticed and graciously fixed our bathroom door that didn’t close properly and resolved a GFI issue we wouldn’t have known was a problem. Munoz Construction, thank you! "We loved working with DreamMaker. We had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen and dining area to look like, but were unsure if it was going to be possible and what materials should be used. Mr. Everett listened closely to what we wanted and delivered in every aspect. He was able to rearrange our kitchen so that the flow is much better and provide us with custom built-in shelves and bench. He not only pointed us in the right direction for the big things like counter-tops, but also for the backsplash, drawer pulls, and lighting fixtures. All our work was done efficiently and Mr. Everett's team went above and beyond whenever an unexpected problem occurred. I am confident that all the work was done thoroughly and that I will not have any problems in the foreseeable future. The same team arrived promptly at my house every day and worked diligently so that the job was done in the time frame originally quoted to us, despite some additional plumbing work that was necessary. Because the same workers were in my house everyday, I felt comfortable coming and going and knew that my house was in good hands. If I ever had a question or concern about anything, I would text Mr. Everett and he would always get back to me very quickly, even on the weekends or at night. He was also very quick to come to the house if anything was ever needed. I have not experienced such great customer service with any other company. The materials used for our new kitchen are beautiful, and I feel that we had everything done for a very fair price. "They arrived on time and were ready to work immediately. They explained what they were going to do and how they would protect the area. They covered the floors, wrapped the banisters and masked off all the trim work. The drywall and repainting were done very well. They cleaned everything, removed all the trash and vacuumed. "I would recommend Capstone Remodeling to anyone who will listen (I already have two friends planning on reaching out). Stephen, Jaime, Nelson, Geraldo, and Juan Carlos all did amazing work and I plan on hiring them for any future work I have done on my home. Stephen was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. The first thing I noticed was that Stephen discussed my options with me and made sure the solution he was providing was what I needed. I've dealt with other contractors who talk over me or try to convince me they know best, but not Stephen. He was also very mindful of time and budgeting concerns as some less than pleasant surprises were discovered under my existing floor. Stephen, Jaime, and Nelson had their work cut out for them and had to rip out the existing flooring structure on about 350 sq ft of my house, which had not been built correctly when it was originally added. That room used to be a safety issue (the floor was falling apart) and now it's my favorite part of the house. They also extended the new flooring throughout the main level of my house. Geraldo did a beautiful job of repairing drywall, patching, and painting the addition. He is so meticulous and skilled that I don't think I can ever be satisfied to paint a wall on my own anymore. Juan Carlos laid new tile for my fireplace hearth and has made it such a wonderful feature of the house. I know this is a long review but I really can't say enough good things about Capstone Remodeling and everyone who worked on my house. I am so used to having to be on top of things and figure things out on my own but Capstone Remodeling was dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of and done well. They are the best!"

Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. If anything came up in the project where a particular aspect needed to be changed or corrected based off of the initial assessment, Russell always made sure to reach out to us immediately to explain the reason as to why, as well as obtain permission to proceed. That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way. The attention to detail that his crew invested into our project was above and beyond even our own expectations. It truly feels like we are living in a new house.
