The windows dramatically improved the look and energy efficiency of the house, and the entire team could not have been more professional. He indicated that their company could also handle that project since the president of the company (Eric Novotny) was very knowledgeable about those. We went over all the options for installing a metal roof and he came out to our house to talk at length about what we could do. He provided a quote for the project a couple of days later which was very reasonable based on the research I had done and I signed up for that as well. Interestingly, the roof project was completed first (before the windows) and his team spent three days completing everything. The crews worked 12+ hour days to get things done and the work was all top notch. It was beautiful when it was finished and our family couldn’t be happier. They ended up severely scratching all of the panels around the chimney in the process and I needed Eric’s team to fix it. I expected the cost for the repair to be significant, but I was very surprised that not only was the cost reasonable, but some of the same crew that did the initial installation were available to come out and do the repairs.
