"It went great! Mr. Kamran responded quickly and professionally to visit a property we were selling that the buyer was trying to have us concede thousands for issues that were minor. For our piece of mind we hired Mr. Ohi who providedus with a verbal assessment which was very thorough and indicated only minor repairs were needed. When we had purchased the house the settlement cracks were already there and they had not changed in 13 years. What we did not know was that those cracks should always be filled in. It was an $800-1500 repair and the buyers had been told it could be $5000-25000 by their unprofessional home inspector, exaggerating hone inspector. "We hired Advance Construction Concepts to repair a major structural issue with our home and were really glad to have found them. An exterior wall with a large picture window started to show some worrying issues, prompting us to reach out to some contractors to assess whether we had a structural concern. Al responded quickly and came out the next day. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the potential issues and identified a number of options to address. Throughout the entire process he was incredibly cost conscious and prompt with communication about what was happening with the project. In opening up the wall they discovered water damage and the need to replace a major beam over our window supporting the second floor and provide addition support along much of the wall. "Responded quickly to my initial call and set up a date for the assessment.  Arrived on time.   Spent a long time looking at the various problems and talking to me and answering my questions.  For the basement water issues, gave me 2 options (indoor and outdoor); evaluated the basement wall cracks and determined no serious structural issues; looked at the deck posts and provided an interim and long-term solution (will need to replace posts).    <br /> Provided a written report a few days later.   <br /> All in all, provided the service requested on time and professionally.  Only one piece of advice:  The written report isn't as detailed as the information he provided verbally, so would recommend taking notes as he's talking to you, to supplement the written report. <br />"

"Jcabido did a great job on our kitchen remodel. Our remodel involved complete demolition, removal of a wall, structural changes, installation of gas stove, tiled backsplash, hardwood flooring, expanding patio door to a double sliding door, and appliance, countertop, cabinet installation. We are very happy with the design, installation, and overall quality of the work done. The remodel was extensive and took a span of two months, despite some additional work done. Special shout out to: Bernard for being on top of things to make sure that the work gets done in a satisfactory way and thinking of what is best for the clients; Artur for his patience in listening to different requirements and concerns in formulating the concept and design; and the on-site crew members (Roberto, Gerrardo) for doing the quality work with utmost professionalism.
