"Professional. Replacement of water heater was delivered and installed same day."

"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"Fred's Plumbing installed two 50-gallon hot water heaters and expansion tanks and replaced an instant hot. His people were very skilled and workmanship showed it. Best plumber I have used in many years and will continue to use Fred's Plumbing. Fred was professional and the estimate which he gave me was the actual cost. I highly recommend Fred's Plumbing in Fairfax, VA."

"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"Outstanding and exceptional are two words that describe my experience of having SwiftPro complete my residence’s new HVAC system installation. From presentation of various systems and particulars to the completed install Rich Kelly, Moises Rojas and Felix proved themselves experts with above and beyond customer service, skill, attitude and work ethic. I highly recommend SwiftPro for any plumbing, heating or cooling needed."

"Fine. I had no issues. They got out to the house very quickly, within several hours of request, they were quick with no added charges or time, and the estimates that were requested (replacement of water heater) were explained thoroughly."

"Gabriel was extremely honest and professional. He did not try to upsell me on anything and took the time to explain my options. Since my home is relatively new, he suggested that the water heater or pressure reducing valve (PRV) might still be under warranty and recommended that I check with the builder's contractor before spending money on repairs. He adjusted the water pressure at the PRV, provided a quote for a replacement PRV if needed, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. I would definitely call Campbell for future plumbing projects and would strongly recommend Gabriel and the company to anyone looking for trustworthy service."

"I had three estimates (one from the big box store) and Juan's was the lowest with a better quality water heater. I also asked Juan to look at my leaky washer and outdoor spigot and even though he had another job that day, he was able to provide the service. The installation of the water heater was completed in record time and faster than expected. I would definitely recommend ZZ Connections and Juan and his associates for any plumbing work."

"The technician was excellent. The price for the replacement of an exterior faucet was a bit expensive."

"Way too expensive quote to replace a thermostat"
