I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

"Craig and his team are amazing. They worked almost nonstop for 3 weeks to install Hardie plank siding on my house. They also installed a sliding glass door, replaced several windows (Craig was great with suggestions about picture vs casement windows) as well as removing windows that weren’t up to code and making the necessary structural changes. I also had them replace my soffits and gutters. It looks like I have a whole new house!!!"

"Spent ~$50,000 on a new roof with them. Thought everything went well. Years later discovered that they had not sealed the cricket on the chimney well enough. Discovered water coming in and eventually rotting the wallboard, studs, etc. Had to replace entire wall. Called them about the issue, they sent a rep. He said it was the chimney's fault, it was leaking. Not so, opened the wall and ceiling and had another roofer come spray water on the chimney, nothing, no leak. Then sprayed water on the cricket, water came in. Exterior Medics would not admit any fault. Had it repaired, no leak, no problem since then. Had recommended to a friend, never gain, he also had a bad experience. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK AND A COMPANY HAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK."
