"we had lost power to several of our outlets and we could not find the issue. We checked the voltage coming into the box and breakers were fine. I felt unsafe in my own home. The electrician was very good. He found the problem and fixed several outlets. I will sleep much better tonight knowing we are safe."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
