"We had a great experience with Bob Minoli of Integrity Residential Window Repair, Inc. We had twenty windows that had moisture between the double panes because of failing seals. He arrived at the promised time, put on shoe covers to enter our house without us having to ask him, was pleasant, thoroughly explained the job, and gave us a reasonable price to replace the panes. We appreciated that he was so flexible scheduling the repairs. We split the job up into several stages to coordinate our painting the rooms and installing new window blinds. For each stage, he arrived on time, replaced the panes, and was very neat and clean throughout the entire process. We also had Bob install a new sliding screen door off of our kitchen. He additionally replaced the springs on a few of our hard-to-raise windows. If any further windows need replacing, we will definitely use this company."

"THE COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING. I WAS SKEPTICAL BECAUSE THEY ARE BASED IN SACRAMENTO, BUT THEY DID THE WINDOWS BEAUTIFULLY AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH THEM DELIVERING ON THEIR PROMISES. WHILE WE HAD TO SCHEDULE FOR THEM TO INSTALL SEVERAL WEEKS IN ADVANCE, THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THE SLIDING DOOR IS ESPECIALLY NICE AND IT REALLY KEEPS OUT THE STREET SOUND. "<p>It went great the Tech did the inspection and felt that my windows were in very good condition and the concerns that I had were not a defect or break down of the window. He took the time to explain that the window sweating was due to the air tightness of the house and to prevent it in the future to open a window in the kitchen when cooking or washing dishes to allow the moisture to escape, so that the moisture would not collect on the inside window pane. He also suggested the same thing when showering.</p> <p> I will definitely call them again if I need windows or repairs.</p> <br />"

This second home is a one-of-a-kind designed Mid-Century Modern classic home, and we have been very fussy about how the windows needed to look in order to retain the essential look and style of the old window styles. Hawkins has been able to provide us with really spectacular replacements. Gary Hawkins, the owner, came personally to look at our home and listen to our concerns, and then was able to select the precise windows we asked for. We find them to be reasonably priced and responsive to concerns. Since they have done multiple jobs for us, we know they do a great job of keeping their customers happy and also hit the "budget-friendly" button, too! This project includes replacing 3 sliding glass doors, (one which is 10 feet wide), 18 windows, (3 of which are 8+ feet wide picture windows), 4 floor-to-ceiling fixed tempered windows, and 3 specialty reeded glass windows."

"This is the second time we’ve used Joe and his team for a remodeling project. The first was a full kitchen relocation/remodel, restroom addition and restructuring the great room layout. This project was our master bath remodel, and his team member Daniel took the lead on the project. Per usual, Joe and Daniel didn’t disappoint! They gutted the entire bathroom, moved plumbing, moved ceiling heights, replaced a window, adding lighting, installed new vanities and fixtures and completed a full bathroom re-tile. It’s rare to find a great contractor, and one you would invite into your home for more projects time in and time again. Just be mindful that some projects may not be completed on time, but this is due to attention to detail, and Joe always making sure that every part of the job is completed to the highest standard. Chuck checked the parts list, found I overshot some items, saved me some more dollars.. The crew did demo day 1 & installation day 2... Fair price for install, friendly crew, every text message responded to same day. Final project is perfect and they never tried to sell me on other projects... Very happy customer..."
