"Brian came over and assessed a situation that someone else who was with a competitor had given both a high quote and a wrong diagnosis, he quickly straightened everything out and had everything running in practically no time for a price that was less than 1/4 as much as was quoted and the other competitor actually would not have even fixed the problem if he had done the repair that he gave a quote for prior to Brian coming over.
