He provided a detailed project schedule before work began and proactively communicated every step of the way. The quality of the final product exceeded our expectations. "They are close-by and they do a lot of construction work around here. They did really well. They are local. The job done by them was absolutely perfect. They handled the whole thing including handling the historic sections in Jersey City. They had to actually go to the historic department to get anything done. They also handled the permit. I spent about $12000, which is about $2000 more than the least quoted, but I liked them. The least quoted was $10000. I have a four-story brownstone and they created a cornice on the top based on photos from a long, long time ago. It was a pretty big project. They are friendly and fast. They do quality work. They are 10% more expensive than the others, but you really get good work. Their responsiveness was good. They did a really good job on the roof too. We would definitely use their services in the future too."
