"Rick and his crew are first-rate. I called him at 9:00AM, and he completed the work by 1:30PM that afternoon. He suggested replacing the existing garage door spring with a better unit, and I took his advice. When he finished, it was easy to see why he suggested the replacement -- the new spring is much stronger. Also, Rick's crew noticed that my door was missing two reinforcing bars, which apparently had never been installed by the original contractor. Rick brought over the missing bars and had them installed in minutes. I am a do-it-yourselfer, and I know that replacing garage door springs is difficult and potentially dangerous, so I did not consider doing the work myself.
