"This was the post I put on my Facebook page with pictures - we paid only a fraction of what we may have had to have paid...the price listed is per each bathtub...we had them out to do the first one and then called them back to have them do the second bathtub :) we were very pleased!!! Please look look look at what CDH RESURFACING did for us :) we are one very thrilled customer - if anyone is looking to revamp or remodel a bathroom or kitchen CDH does an amazing and very cost effective job! We had gotten quotes to replace our tubs...ranging from $3k to $9k - since we have many other projects needed at our home we also checked out another option - resurfacing - and we were thrilled with now having these looks without the thousands of dollars cost! Yes :) we are still mid working on the bathrooms so the vanity tops are the old needing updated version. "I Called Joe on 3/17/2015 and asked if he would have a look at my old hot tub and let me know if he thought it would be wise to have it repaired or replaced. He returned my call that same day and said he could come by the next day. He called promptly the next day, came out and inspected my tub. He honestly told me that he could repair my hot tub but the cost would outweigh the usefulness. We agreed on having him unhook and take the old tub away. He took care of the electrical hook up and removed the tub from my deck, did an excellent cleanup, and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. Great service and I would recommend him to anyone who has a hot tub or spa.

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
