After discussing my system, they informed me that they had a technician who was currently in my area and could come in the same afternoon. Nate showed up early in the afternoon and was able to get my generator functioning within a few hours. He took the time to keep me informed during the process and we discussed my options for going forward with a maintenance schedule."

He is amazingly knowledgeable and offered wonderful suggestions about our overall needs as well as the specific job we contacted him about. His colleague, Matt, followed up and actually did the work. He is a remarkable technician, understanding exactly what we needed (in this case cabinet remodeling and replacement) and followed up ensuring that the work was precise and not only met our requirements but also ended up looing better than we had expected. He is meticulous in his work, but also highly sensitive to ensuring that everything he does leaves the area cleaner than when he began. He gave us excellent suggestions on other work we were exploring. Scott and Matt are really wonderful people. Because of this, we were too spooked to hire another “con”tracor and decided to try a service with a good reputation and warranty. I can not recommend ACE more highly. Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. What a worker! Thank you so much Juan and ACE Handyman Services. We will certainly be working with you again!"

"I highly recommend Bay State Bath. The installers did a fabulous job efficient ,respectful. When done they cleaned up the area and you would never know they had been here. If you’re thinking of installing a walk-in shower, do it now, you won’t regret it. I should’ve done it years ago."

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "
