I am so glad I've taken my time to find good, honest, trustable and fair plumbing company, and I finally found this R-Plumber company. A few months ago, my place had a water leak in the shower on upstairs bathroom and it caused ceiling damage, etc. so I needed to a ceiling drywall repair, bathroom tile repair, CPVC pipes reconnect, water pressure reducer install, etc. I took my time to compare various popular local plumbing companies in the DMV area and this is, by far, the best I've found due to many reasons: 1. They are licensed, bond, and insured -- They sent me a copy of their license, bond, insurance, and worker compensation. This gave me a relief because I wanted to make sure I hire a professional. You'll need it in case if anything happens. 2. They really care about you and HONEST -- Rene, Luis, his apprentice, and other staff use the best brand and told ,e really honest and professional opinion. I have a limited budget and they told me I can just fix the issue for now. The other companies recommended me to remodel the whole bathroom, which would cost at least $4,000 or much more. 3. Their price is VERY REASONABLE and FAIR -- They do not overcharge at all in compare to other companies in this area. I compared 6 other plumbing companies. Other plumbing companies seem to take advantage of you especially if you don't really know much about plumbing. They either: - could only offer to fix the plumbing and I had to find my other contractor to repair the tiles and dry wall - offer me to fix this issue for $4,500 or more - R Plumber offer me about 40-50% less than other companies. - another well known company (they were featured in local Costco) gave me a price to fix my sink popup assembly for about $700 but I went to home depot and bought the parts myself for $17. 4. They really guarantee that they carry their work by the correct local regulations and to the high standard. -- you can see the photos for reference. - I ASKED them a lot of questions and researched the way they do they work online and everything seems to be done very correctly (e.g., using the right glue, chemical for connecting my CPVC pipes, copper pipes) - They went above and beyond in installing my water pressure reducing pipe by anchoring my water supply pipes so it doesn't get shaky. - They have 1 year labor warranty. Their shower MOAN is lifetime warranty on parts. In fact, I am so impressed that I literary have to write my appreciation on various social media in a hope to help others who are in the same situation as me. This company doesn't spend on marketing but just spend on high quality so I'm really trying to help get this company to top review to help others who are in the same boat. "Shane was outstanding. He followed all safety/COVID protocols, which my family appreciates for any outside visitors. He listened and looked attentively at what work I requested. He provided a quote and I accepted. He went straight to work and installed our three faucets and replaced/updated the shut-off valves (over 19 years old). I also appreciate the cleanliness of the job - even with a rainy day outside. He was willing to answer all my questions on all the features of old and new plumbing. He identified the issue quickly, explained to us what he was going to do and the price, and repaired the pipe quickly as well as the water heater that was full of water. "Water was coming through my ceiling. I called After Hours Home Improvement. Reid showed up Monday morning just like he said he would. He found leaks in the bathtub and shower. Tuesday morning his crew showed up and started to work. They worked 6 days/week until the job was completed. They replaced the shower and tub, redid all the tile in the shower and tub area. fixed the ceiling below the leak and painted everything. They picked up everything we needed at Lowe's so I didn't have to figure out how to get it here. Everyday they showed up when they said they would and when the work day was over the rest of the house was clean. Our new bathroom now looks beautiful and the ceiling below the bathroom is good as new. We gave the work crew a key to the house and they came and went as they needed. There were no security problems. Although our cat didn't like having strangers in the house. They did what they said they would, for the price they promised and were even done a few days ahead of schedule. I worked with other home contractors in the past who haven't lived up to my expectations, but if I ever need any kind of work done on my house again After Hours Home Improvement is the company I'll call. They took care of everything we needed: Tile, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, shower and tub installation, and picking up whatever was needed from Lowe's. Reid , Walter and his crew were a pleasure to work with."

"We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly. They also ensured that they had our new water heater turned on and running before leaving. We will not hesitate to contact Willis for any of our plumbing needs."
