"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Panda provides us with superb, topnotch service in every way. They are so responsive, do first-rate work, and their prices are reasonable. When we needed a new blower for an existing A/C system in our new apartment, they found the most appropriate component, quoted a highly competitive price and did the installation in a tricky area without saying a word about the challenge. When there was a leak in a different section of the existing system, they came right away even though it was at the height of a heat wave. They are neat and careful, stand by their work and are easy to reach. We highly recommend Panda."

"I needed to have both A/C units serviced and cleaned. I hired Denton based on his reviews and I have to say he was fantastic. Completely professional, fairly priced, and explained all the work that needed to be done upfront. Will not hesitate to call again and highly recommend him."

"My goodness, where do I start. Competence squared. Friendly exacting service. I felt as if I’ve known JB forever. My house is so much better for having his service. We are now enjoying our brand new TOSOT 24000 mini split. This company is my go to for service always."

"These guts are my go to guys for all HVAC repairs. Rebuilt one of my heaters in an impossible crawl space. Great service & reasonable."

"Victor recently replaced my home AC unit. I have been using his services for many years. I have found his prices to be reasonable and the quality of his work superb. He does the work, not an apprentice or a new grad that you get with many other places. He has also always been quick to respond to emergencies, never longer than the next day."

"I spoke with Mike and sent a picture of the problem I was having with our thermostat. He assured me that they could handle it while others I spoke with were unsure if they could do it or not. He confirmed for 8:30 the next morning, called me 20 minutes before Dan showed up and did a terrific job. My wife was home with him and said he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. We’re so please that we’re having them assess our A/C unit come the spring. Highly recommend!!"

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"It's so rare to work with such an incredible vendor that I almost forgot what great service looks like. Mark and Nazar were thorough, efficient, speedy, and even flexible with my wife's work from home meeting schedule to do different units in an order that would accommodate us the best. They were respectful, tidy, clean, and paid attention to even the smallest details - like not only wearing shoe covers, but taking the shoe covers off in the hallway when they would move between apartments and then putting them back on when they came into a new apartment. They clearly explained the different price points for the services they offered, in a way that helped us make a decision without feeling like we are being up sold. And for a couple of the items they were servicing, they explained to me how I could maintain it myself and replace certain parts, myself cheaply without needing them to be there so that they could make the most of the times that we will have them back. And we will certainly have them back."

"Excellent experience from start to finish. The booking person was prompt and knowledgeable. The service guys were professional and highly competent. They cleaned a very dirty, long and twisty duct expertly and thoroughly, as well as the interior ducts in the dryer. They suggested a replacement of a section of ducting that was crushed and in bad repair, they didnâ t push the point but suggested it for next time, but I asked them to do it then, which they did and the extra charge was very reasonable."
