"I got a great quote from them -- the first to respond once I put in my project info on Angi -- and set up an appointment for a few days later. They ever showed. It was technically a holiday so I have them the benefit of the doubt and called to see what happened. No apology, just a vague "they must have messed it up in the office." I believe people deserve a second chance so I made another appointment for two days after that. I asked him three separate times if the appointment was confirmed and he said yes.
