"Roberto and his crew were quick, efficient, and professional. Roberto came out and was on time for every appointment. He did a quick assessment of the backyard, took measurements, and gave me a quote on the spot. He said the job would take 4 days, and it took exactly 4 days. This included removal of the grass, demo and removal of a small wooden deck at back door, laying the sand/gravel foundation, building a new set of steps to back door, and laying the stone patio. The results were terrific. The patio is beautiful and very reasonably priced. I have more projects in the future that I will definitely call Roberto for."

"Had used another company previously but was looking to change to another company. Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."

"Found this company on yelp and after meeting with a few other contractors we decided to go with them based on peer reviews and pricing. We initially just wanted to have some ac sleeves removed and bricked up since we were planning to upgrade to ductless ac but after meeting with Kamran we decided to get our flat roof refinished as well. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly, while they have had great reviews in the past years I feel that either I am expecting too much or their workmanship is no longer the same as before. From the first step through each succeeding phase of the project I found both Chuck and C.J to be super knowledgeable and very receptive to all our concerns. They offered valuable insight in choosing the materials, the paver layout and the garden wall height/layout. The team of installers showed up every day promptly and while parking on my block was tight with the pallets of materials and trucks they did their best to minimize the disruption to my neighbors. The paver work, including the inlay and border pavers, was outstanding and exceeded expectations. A few minor hiccups occurred which is normal for a job this size but all were taken care of to my complete satisfaction. "Fernando Ortiz and The Bright Construction Stone team are the best in the business! From start to finish it was an absolute pleasurable experience and my wife and I even gained a new friend in Fernando. We hired BCS for an apartment conversion (2 side by side apartments into 1) and COMPLETE remodel. This was our first renovation and being “newbies” as well as hearing horror stories we were nervous, fearful, and anxious about the road ahead. From the first time we met Fernando he was professional, understanding, and put us both at ease with the whole renovation. He answered any and all questions, gave personal as well as EXPERT input, and always made sure we were comfortable before going forward with any part of the project. Fernando answered the phone personally and was easy to contact throughout our 4 month renovation. He met us before work, after work, and even on weekends. He answered our nervous phone calls at 9 or 10pm when we were unsure about the correct tile to choose for the bathrooms or kitchen. BCS is extremely punctual and a time line was created and given to us before the start of the project. Being that this was an apartment they had to deal with shared plumbing lines and electric wiring but ALWAYS had a plan as well as backup plan. They demo’d and opened up all walls in both apartments, updated all electricity, updated and rerouted all plumbing to new kitchen location, updated plumbing and gutted 2 bathrooms, patched and installed new wood floors, painted, tiled, stained, installed all fixtures, and scheduled all inspections as well as final C/O. Fernando nearly guaranteed a date of completion and we finished RIGHT ON SCHEDULE! We had a vision for how we wanted our finished home to look and Fernando and The Bright Construction Stone team exceeded our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend BCS for any and all renovations. We now have our dream home but if we ever need any work in the future we will be using Fernando and The Bright Construction Stone team."
