"After much research and conversations with multiple contractors thankfully we ended up hiring AEC. Their communication throughout the preliminary process was superior to all of their competitors. They took the time to listen to our project needs and recommended the best course of action working with our budget. They used top of the line paints and skilled craftsmen on our job. The AEC supervisors were present at all times ensuring that everyone involved was meeting their high standards. At times even addressing minor things that were outside the scope of the job which we really appreciated. Attention to detail was key and they lived up to it. Besides the pristine paint job, we were very thankful for how delicately they handled our furniture and the great condition they left our floors in. Everything was covered and taped to ensure minimal cleanup at the end. Once the job was done we got to do a final inspection walkthrough with the supervisors. "This crew is amazing!  My uncle needed to have a tree removed from our
backyard... I'm talking HUGE with many of the biggest limbs leaning over
our neighbors house.  He came over right away and gave a reasonably
priced quote.  I discussed it with my uncle and decided to go ahead and
use his services.  He removed this tree in two days, even with it being
some of the hottest days its been in a while!  His whole crew was
extremely kind and they made sure to clean up very carefully after they
were done. They even took a look at my broken car when they
noticed me filling my radiator with water!  We were thrilled with the
services this crew gave us and would recommend them to anyone.

"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. I will be using Roca and his work crew again."
