"Jimmy is a true professional with a solid work ethic. I was given a clear quote for the work and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. No doubt due to Jimmy’s skills and experience. Overall, the job didn't break the bank and ended up saving us a big headache. Glad I chose JRS."

"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

While they work on water heater heating furnace got problem. Oh boy! But Dillon figured out the issue and fixed in one day. Very reasonably priced! I recommend them in high confidence. "I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

"I sent Moe a video of a controller that was making clicking sounds he came with in the time he specified came checked boiler out found a bad sensor on hot water circulation discharge pipe and leaking pressure relief valve. Had to go to supply house to get parts and repaired boiler which did not want to turn on. We thank Moe and would use his company again for there service."
