"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."

P&A cleared and upgraded my garage trench drain, installed a sump pump in the garage, and another sump pump at the backyard entrance. Everything looked great but the real test came when we recently had heavy rains. After a full day and a half of storms my neighbor's basement flooded but mine was bone dry. "We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."
