Mr. Anderson was on sight daily making sure dumpsters were delivered and removed timely. That the workers showed up on time and deliveries of roof materials arrived daily and installed as delivered. The roofs were inspected after completion and only 1 or 2 small items were corrected on just 2 roofs. He always took care of any issues immediately and assisted the board in finding a quality shingle along with a sales representative he works with. We were very pleased with his companies’ performance throughout the project. He had someone on sight cleaning up daily after workers. He worked well with the all board members throughout the project. He was paid as we moved forward on this project rather than taking all the money up front. Overall we were very very pleased how quickly and efficiently the project moved along.
