"Working with Trevor and his guys was AWESOME! He came out to our house, got the measurements, inquired about everything we were looking for in our new deck. He provided multiple options (Cedar, Composite, Combination of both types of materials) and provided his insights to help us make the best choice for us.  I got multiple bids for the job and his was by far the best. There was another builder who was trying to charge an additional $6,000 for the exact same deck. He completed the plans for us and stayed in email and phone contact with us the entire time.
He got the work underway a month before we were supposed to start, after checking in to make sure that was alright with us. Trevor and his guys did a wonderful job using a Herringbone pattern on the decking and really nice wood work for the railings and stairwell. They used routers to smooth the edges and added some nice detail. There isn't one thing we don't like about our new deck. 
As someone with limited experience in construction, I really appreciated that he had the expertise and ethics to do the best job possible. I would refer this company to anyone looking for an honest, hard working, attention to detail oriented builder. It is evident that these gentlemen love what they do and they are excellent at it.

"The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
     
       We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"I received bids from a few different deck maintenance companies and found Kevin to be very professional and honest about the work he does and service he provides. After awarding Kevin the job, Kevin and another employee did an excellent job refinishing our deck, plus the front cedar shakes and front cedar entry of our home. I found Deck Redo's work to be of equal or better quality than what I would expect from a higher priced competitor and felt very comfortable knowing they were going to do a great job. The quality of their work made the cost a very good value. I strongly recommend considering Deck ReDo if you are looking for bids for deck maintenance (ask about other cedar maintenance you may need done, they might be able to do. "I can't say enough good things enough about All American Exteriors.  They have been by far the best service company I've ever hired.  Adrian was very responsive and proactive with his communication.  The siding team was fast, professional, and they did a great job.  They cleaned up the site very nicely.  I have not found one nail or piece of garbage left over.

"Due to a severe hail storm, we had significant damage to our home. We contracted with Hoffman Weber to replace our roof, siding, gutters, windows and repair the decks. Our sales rep, Joe Wire, was extremely helpful working with us and the insurance company throughout the entire process. "*ORIGINAL POST* Overall we were pleased with the work and the workmen. The removal of the old electrical post in front was a nasty job and was probably more time-consuming than they anticipated. The addition of the exterior outlets was easily accomodated and they spent the time to get them in exactly the right place, which was appreciated. We were especially pleased with the porch re-screening - it's tight and hardly seems to be there now. Our only negative was that some of the painting was just a bit sloppy. The days they were out were very, very hot but they got everything done in a timely manner.

*FOLLOW UP* After about 10-11 months we noticed that the screen on the porch was coming loose, allowing bugs in. We started to call them and they stated that they would get us on the schedule to have someone come out and look at it. This happened several times but we never saw a repair person come out, nor did they call us back. I change my rating to a huge failure - an F - due to the lack of responsiveness, the poor quality of the work and the poor customer service."

"Good! Rich (salesman) was great...honest, prompt, professional and friendly. Price was excellent but had to wait longer for installation than many other vendors...my choice to wait. However, we waited longer than reasonable for project completion. Many reasons given for delay. Owner (Jake) installed fence and did an excellent job when installed."
