"Rick showed up on time and was very professional. Took a look at the pipes and said not to worry I've seen this a thousand times. This is after 4 days without water. He did what he said he was going to do and fix the issue. My thanks to Ben Franklin for sending Rick a great employee. "

"I was a little disappointed that the people that they sent out on an emergency basis for the $7000 project. We’re doing it for the first time. Had I known what I know now I would’ve demanded somebody come who had experience. Overall, they’ve done a good job and I’ve signed a service contract with them. One time in less than a year, they send somebody to service the continuous hot water heater and she falsely claimed I needed a condenser and charged me for it. I wish they would send people who knew what they were doing all the time. "
