"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Mr Bell will explain everything in detail. I'm very satisfied with the Replacement Furnace done quickly and efficiently area clean. By qualified staff."

"Chris replaced my hot water heater and works great"

"The team did an excellent job. I converted my heating system from oil to gas. They finished everything quickly and efficiently. Joe and his crew were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them for any future plumbing jobs."

"Affordable HVAC repair service. You can actually ask them to do little extras at no additional cost. After I called them for emergency repair of our AC unit, they offered a complementary cleaning for the unit. Amazing customer appreciation. Totally recommended!"

"They moved the water pipe and put a new frost free water outlet"

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"Varsity Home Service became my AC company this year after my previous AC company dropped out of servicing private homes. The main reason I decided to give Varsity a go was the family ownership and involvement. My first experience was our usual Spring checkup and maintenance ahead of the heating season which was thorough. Then as luck would have it, one of our 20+ year old air handlers in the attic developed a leak and Varsityâ  s subsequent check revealed a more serious issue than a simple leak and the net of all that was we needed a replacement air handler. Varsity gave as a prompt quote but as itâ  s major item, I also sought quotes from the HVAC plumbing company weâ  ve used for years for our plumbing needs. Varsityâ  s quote was more than 40% lower and I had to drag the quote out of the other company. I am not kidding â  FORTY PERCENT lower for same product. Finally, as we were looking down the barrel of a near 100 degree multiday heat wave, Varsity scheduled installation day before the heat wave and got it done. Our attic btw, is an old one â  100 year old house â  that presented some installation issues. The Varsity installers, Eli and Jim, never batted an eyelash. No complaints on the three story carry of the handler to the attic, cramped space and some in the wall rewiring to handle the newer air handler. A follow-up adjustment needed was scheduled and done within 2 days at no charge. We couldnâ  t be happier with the company from the people you get on the phone, the service manager who got on the phone to explain the new SEER2 ratings and what that meant for us, to the men who they sent to do the service and the installation. We donâ  t usually take the time to write reviews this detailed but Varsity earned it. Unqualified recommendation from us."
