Work was done in under an hour, not in haste, but efficiently, and all parts were in the truck, so no delays. Extremely pleased. I would also add that I made an appointment the day before for the following morning, making it clear that it wasn't an emergency (intermittent problem, temporarily livable), and the rep I talked to (owner?) made it clear that if the situation changed to more urgent, I could call back (gave me his cell number) at any time and the timing of the appointment could be accelerated if appropriate.
